1- Lead and manage automation projects in STS from technical analysis, benchmark, risk assessment, DoE, qualification to mass production with right quality, right timing, and right cost without compromising EHS, design rule and company SOP & LOP2- Innovate automation methodology and support automation development for manufacturing, to improve productivity, reduce cost and enhance product reliability3- Cross share best automation program with other manufacturing sits, and deploy automation program according to organization strategy4- Continuously build up professional automation knowledge on equipment automation, robotic automation, software and system and intelligent big data. 1. 主导自动化项目的实施，包括技术分析、标准、风险管控、实验设计、质量保证等以使自动化项目满足生产的需求2. 改革自动化方式，以达到增加生产能力、降低生产成本、增强生产质量可靠性3. 与集团其他国家的工厂共享自动化项目的经验4.持续性地建设专业的自动化、智能化生产体系
